14-Day Full Refund
If our engine does not meet your scheduling expectations within the first 14 days of subscription, we will refund 100% of your payment.
5–7 Day Processing
Refunds are credited directly to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer) via Dodo Payments within 5 to 7 business days.
Cancel Anytime
Cancel anytime in your billing settings with zero penalties. Retain full access to all timetable generations until the end of your billing cycle.
1. Eligibility for 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Our 14-day refund guarantee applies to:
- First-time institutional subscription purchases (both monthly and annual plans).
- Requests submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial subscription charge date.
No complicated questionnaires or mandatory phone calls are required. Simply send a short email to our support desk stating that the platform was not the right fit for your school.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Self-Service Cancellation: Navigate to
Settings > Billinginside your organization dashboard and click "Manage Subscription". - Continued Access: When you cancel, your account remains active with full premium scheduling features until the expiration of your prepaid billing period. You will not be billed again.
- Data Retention Post-Cancellation: Your saved course lists, faculty records, and generated schedules remain safely accessible in read-only mode for 60 days following cancellation so you can export your data.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, contact our billing team:
Step 1: Email contact@autotimetablegen.com with the subject "Refund Request - [Your School Name]".
Step 2: Include your registered administrative email address and organization name.
Step 3: Our team will verify the purchase and initiate the refund within 24 business hours.
Please reach out directly to us before initiating a bank chargeback. Direct requests are processed significantly faster and avoid institutional processing holds.
4. Annual Upgrades & Prorated Billing
If your institution switches between plan tiers mid-cycle (e.g. Starter to Professional), any unused prepaid time is automatically prorated and credited toward your new tier by our payment gateway.
